NP Dodge Builder Services Division is in place to develop new communities in the Omaha metro area. The development of homesites allows NP Dodge agents and the builders they represent the opportunity to sell new construction homes in these communities.  Having an in-house lot supply is the basis for strong new construction sales. 

Our business plan includes the ability to meet a wide variety of price points of new home sales. Builder Services has developed, and is in the process of developing, communities with homes starting from the mid $100k's, to others with homes of up to nearly one million dollars.
