Almost immediately we recognized that the property that is now Cheyenne Country Estates would be a perfect spot for a large lot community with homes starting around $500,000.  In a fast growing segment of the Omaha Metro area, Cheyenne Country Estates is a “natural” for an upscale acreage community.  The location is less than five minutes off of the interstate!  This is your gateway to the metro Omaha area and literally the entire country!

Wherspan Recreation area nearly adjoins Cheyenne.  Here you will find numerous outdoor opportunities including trails, fishing, and light boating.

Our intention is to have Cheyenne be a step above the typical acreage community.  We just love the entrance signs! We have implemented significant landscaping as well as some things you will not find in most acreage communities.  Most acreages are designed to allow the water runoff to drain in ditches along the streets.  Further most do not have sidewalks.  We have curbs and storm sewers to handle the excess water runoff and we have included sidewalks.  Sidewalks were important in the process of planning Cheyenne.  We wanted something different so we used a 5 foot sidewalk instead of the typical 4 foot walk and set it back an extra 2 feet from the street.  

Cheyenne has already proven to be one of the metro areas premier new home destinations.  If you are looking to build your new home on ¾ to 1½ acres, Cheyenne may just be the right place for you.
