Through Check List
After your new home is
completed but before you close on your new home, you,
your REALTOR® and builder should walk through and
inspect the home. Your inspection should include
the following:
- Grading
- Roof and Gutters
- Exterior Appearance
- Doors and Windows
- Finishes
- Floors
- Appliances
- Basement and Attic
