The Custard family owned the farm that is now Copperfields since the 1930’s.  Up until we purchased the property, at least one of the family members had continuously resided on the property.  We have been told many times that Copperfields “feels good”.  It has become clear that the good energy generated by generations of the Custard family lives on in Copperfields. 

When you enter Copperfields from 204th Street you will notice some mature trees.  These trees are part of the original farmstead.  In the development business it is rare to be able to save such nice trees.  We are proud we were able to do so.

Lamp Rynearson and Associates, and our engineering firm, spent many generations of drawings to get the right feel for Copperfields.  We intentionally split the community into different price points of homes.  This opened the door for more people to enjoy this great new neighborhood. One of things we like best about Copperfields is that it is in the country but it is still close to almost anything you may need or want.  Recreation, retail, and services are all nearby.
