Early in the planning stages of
Harrison Woods we realized this would be a special
community. At first glance, the creeks grabbed our
attention. What a great place for green space and
trails. Located in the fastest growing segment of
the metro area, Harrison Woods offers the unique
opportunity to be close to the metro and have the
intimacy of the Gretna Public School System.
Gretna is one of the highest ranked mid-sized schools in
Nebraska, according to information made available
periodically to the public.
Harrison Woods has adopted the “Live Here,
Swim Here” slogan. One of the things we felt was
lacking in the metro area market was a neighborhood
swimming pool. Early on it was clear we needed to
provide a neighborhood with a pool. The pool at
Harrison Woods is for the residents and their
accompanied guests only. Membership is automatic
for the residents and the cost associated with operating
the pool is included in the Homeowner’s Association dues
of $200 per year. We believe that this is an
excellent value added amenity in today’s new home
market.
Many homeowners enjoy the walking
trail that takes you from one end of the community to
the other end. Enjoy an evening stroll and listen to
the wildlife at play.
Harrison Woods also includes a corner
shopping area. Several businesses are there to
serve your needs. You may want to personally check
