Potential development properties have certain characteristics which catch the developer’s eye. In the case of SunCrest, it was the way the property was positioned at the top of the hill.  We felt that regardless of where your new home was located in the subdivision you should have a view of either the sunrise or sunset.  In some cases both.  SunCrest seemed an appropriate name.
